Ken Etete serves as an Executive Director and Group CEO of Century Group, providing visionary leadership to its functional subsidiaries. Holding a First degree in Accounting and Business studies from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, along with a Certificate in Oil and Gas from the CWC Institute London, he is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School (OPM44). With a career spanning over twenty years, Mr. Etete has demonstrated competence and innovation, notably during his tenure at Wilbros and Bluewater. His extensive expertise covers various sectors of the global economy, including the oil and gas industry (FPSO Operations & Management, Gas, Marine, and Exploration & Production), Maritime, Information Technology, and Real Estate. Notably, under his leadership, CESL transformed from an energy servicing company to an energy investment de-risking and infrastructure company through the acquisition of two FPSOs in 2019. Mr. Etete's strategic acumen was instrumental in de-escalating tension and reopening the Pennington Export Terminal in 2010. In 2022, his competence played a crucial role in driving restoration works at the Forcados Export Terminal on behalf of SHELL, contributing significantly to Nigeria's increased achievement of export targets.

As a accomplished and results-driven leader, Mr. Owoyemi has demonstrated a proven ability to develop and enhance teams. Possessing a well-honed acumen in financial and commercial management, as well as business development, he graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering and holds the title of Chartered Engineer. With over 19 years of professional experience in the industry and related fields, Mr. Owoyemi brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

assumed the role of Executive Director at Century Group in 2008. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Century Bumi Joint Venture (CBJV), the joint venture between Century Energy Services Limited and Bumi Armada Berhad, for more than seven years. With a background in banking management, corporate finance, and risk management, Mr. Kosuowei possesses over three decades of extensive experience in these areas. His involvement in the public sector included a pivotal role in the commercialization and privatization of Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL), where he actively contributed as a key member of the technical committee for three years.

During her tenure as the Commercial Manager of Century, she led a robust and successful initiative that resulted in the realization of a project portfolio exceeding 10 Million Dollars annually through crude trade and Offshore asset development activities. Her professional journey began at Chevron Nigeria Limited as a Reservoir Engineer, and she has accumulated over 15 years of experience in various capacities within the Oil and Gas Industry, progressing through positions of increasing responsibility.

Non- Executive director; Capt. Eddy Yinkere functioned as a Director of Century Energy Services Limited; a Director of Century Bumi Limited and since 2010 assumed the Chairmanship of, Century Ports & Terminals Limited. His professional pedigree is backed by over 35 years of maritime experience prior to joining the Group. He functioned in several capacities and held senior management positions with Designated Person Ashore (DPA) Marine Superintendent and Marine Manager at Vigeo-Farstad shipping, Bergesen Worldwide, and worked with Tonbra Shipping (Nig.) Limited, Delta Shipping and Marine Services Limited, and Hydrodive (Nig.) Limited. He holds a Master Mariner qualification and a Master Home Trade from the Regional Maritime Academy, Ghana.

With a career spanning two decades encompassing energy, corporate branding, hospitality, and agriculture, she has held senior executive roles, overseeing administration and finance in entities such as Texas Overseas Consulting Limited and Food Concepts, where she served as the Chairman of Elmina Global Ventures Limited. Her core competencies lie in financial planning, credit control, and strategy. She is actively involved in non-profit endeavors, serving on the boards of trustees for two Nigerian organizations - The Edward & Elmina Etete Foundation and Future Concern of Teens Foundation. Additionally, she holds the position of CEO at Century Real Estate and Logistics (CRELL), a real estate company. She holds a postgraduate diploma in business administration from the University of Liverpool and has professional certification in Financial Strategy and Business Improvement Methodologies from the Lagos Business School, Pan African University. Teikariye is also an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School’s Leadership Decision-Making program.

serves as Head of Business Strategy & New Business, his also responsible for overseeing Special Projects in the office of the Group CEO. With a passion for finance and accounting, he is a chartered accountant with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in various finance and accounting roles. Dr. Angaye has held roles as an accountant at the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa, and the Local Government Service Commission, Bayelsa State. Additionally, he has shared his expertise by lecturing on accounting in numerous Higher Educational Institutions in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. His exceptional educational background, including a Ph.D. in Accounting from the United Kingdom, an MBA (Accounting) degree, and a first-class bachelor’s degree from the prestigious University of Ibadan, attests to his capabilities. Dr. Angaye is also recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

holds the position of Managing Director at Century Ports & Terminal Limited, with more than two decades of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, he is a certified Associate Specialist in Oil & Gas Technology. Mr. Amadasun has earned a Post Graduate Degree in Engineering Management and holds various certifications in Project Management, QA/QC, HIMA Safety Systems, as well as expertise in HAZOP Methods Leadership, and Teamworking for Managers. Before joining Century Group, he played a significant role in the Design, Construction, Installation, and Operations of numerous Concrete Barge Mounted Flowstations at the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC).
